Complete Strip and Wax

We will completely strip every inch of your VCT tile space. We will then re-coat all areas with multiple layers of high quality industrial grade wax. With high-quality stripping and waxing, your flooring will remain clean, shiny and attractive for many years to come.

Our floor stripping and waxing services are usually completed in three steps. These include:

• Floor stripping: This is where we will remove the top coating of wax and any other buildup. By stripping the floors, we will remove all of the dirt and grime and residues, leaving the floor surface completely bare.

• Sealant: After we strip the floors, we must then seal it with a high-quality sealer  which we do with meticulous care. We will then buff the surface to a sparkling shine that will gleam. The sealer and gloss finish will extend the wear of your VCT flooring, reduce marks and scratches and will help to guard against soil penetration and abrasion.

• Waxing: Our VCT floor finish will give your floors a deep, rich protective glow. • While these types of decorative floor surfaces are among the easiest to maintain, dry, loose soil must be removed daily for the best overall look.

• Over time, the combination of improper dry soil removal and generic wet mopping will create a grout & dirt buildup in the lines between floor tiles.

• Soil must be suspended in solution and, while in that state, extracted by using proper wet mopping techniques for tile floors, a wet hi-speed vacuum and an automatic floor scrubber if necessary. Our floor cleaning & restorative methods will not damage your floors but clean gently and thoroughly. Additionally we will protect the floor in question with the appropriate floor solutions & protectants.
